I wanted to know if what a model was wearing was available and Customer Care couldn't tell me! What they are wearing should be available and somehow give the information on the items!

You can check the "Model's Closet" for what they were wearing. If it is still available, it will show up and you may purchase. I have used this as a way to get something I saw a model wear.

@spent2much Maybe that's not done because if CS were given the info early in the day and then the model 's outfit was changed for some reason...   you can figure out the rest.

Also -   we have no idea how any info gets from one department of a big company to another or how carefully each CS rep pays attention to all the info flowing into their computer.  

We don' t even know where they work from.  I remember some years ago, a huge CS location in Florida was closed and if I remember correctly reps were then scattered into many locations, including working out of their own homes.  This was years ago -  can't imagine how they work now.  All I know about CS anywhere is that it's not the same as it once was.

How do I find the "model's closet"?  I have looked all over the webpage and cannot find it.  Sorry if it is obvious and I have missed it.

@Gkhm I didn't know in the beginning either. Just up in the box where it says "What can we help you discover?" which is a search area, just type in "models closet" and that will take you to all the clothes, shoes, jewelery, etc. that has been shown on the presentations. Not sure how long they stay up (days or weeks later, not sure).

Up in the left-hand corner by the Q logo.

Check back if you still can't figure out how to find it.

I agree. There is a long necklace with a black cord and a silver oval medallion/charm that was worn by models on dozens of tops or tunic’s. I would have bought it in a heartbeat. I checked models and hosts closet, called customer service when the model was wearing it in real time on the air and searched necklaces in many iterations on the website, and couldn’t find it, and c/s could not help. You would think with all the sophisticated data technology available today, there would be a way to find that!

A suggestive sales technique is to build on related items to the item being sold. I would welcome items related to the one being shown to dress up or a extend the wear or a garment rather than being told repeatedly that multiples should be considered, or that it’s the only order if the year. Lost sales. Just my opinion.

If anyone is familiar with this item who could assist me with this search, I’d welcome the suggestion.
