Incorrect Tracking Number

I received another incorrect tracking number, and I don't know what to do. This is the 4th time this has happened. I keyed in the number on the UPS and USPS sites, and there is no record.

I wish QVC would give us the correct information, after our orders have shipped. I know the Q is busy at this time of year, but we really do rely on the correct tracking status.

You could always sit patiently and wait for your package to be delivered like we did in olden days before we had tracking numbers.

if it is a USPS number, put a 92 in front of it.

Unfortunately, some of us have to work, and aren't home when the packages are due to arrive. We have to ask our neighbors to keep an eye out for the packages. It helps if we can let your neighbors know when they are due.

I have done this for my neighbors, if and/or when I am home during the day.

Thanks for the advice regarding USPS numbers. I will do that. The item I was concerned about is a UPS tracking number.

The next time I get a USPS number, I will out a 92 in front of it.

I never key in my tracking number. I go thru my account and click on orders then click on the order you want to know about. It will take you directly to UPS or USPS.
