Agreed! I especially detest Mail Innovations. 😡 UPS seems to move fairly smoothly, then once it's handed off to USPS, it just takes forever. It's absolutely ridiculous. I cringe every time I view my order tracking and see that Mail Innovations will be in charge of shipping my package.
I even bought the UPS premium My Choice service so my packages would be upgraded to UPS Ground and then found out that only UPS Surepost packages would upgraded, not UPS Mail Innovstions. 😖
