agreed! Amazon is the best. QVC shoud take a few lessons. The Q always rants about how great their customer service is....sorry it is no natch for Amazon. Q returns take FOREVER. HSN is much faster. Amazon issues credits as soon as the scane the package. 

 

If you have a Q card, ALL shipping/returns should be free....always.

I have no desire for a QVC credit card, and am getting tired of them pop up on the home page.  I quit going on the home page, set a link up to another page to avoid it.  They should have fixed it so once you decline it, it isn't thrown in your face again.
