to help with a  problem I am having returning an order.  August 31 I ordered clarks sandals  overnight shipping.  Wow, came extmorning, Sept 1.  They did not fit  I cannot generate a return label because order says still processing. Why it is still processing after 11 days, IDK.  I have spoken to customer service 3 times in last 6 days.  Each time they say it will take a day, an THEY SEND  a letter to who ever is in charge of this area.  CS agents only can do so much, they say they can only contact that dept by email...which they do  but Dept has not responded.  I am leaving town next Weds and need to get this order back before I go. There have been no labels or reciepts in any of the 6 items I have ordered lately.

 

i havent realized how bad QVC hasbeen in accounting and returning until last month. I just havent returned.    I have had to return many pairs of shoes last 3 weeks .  They were either used, off sized or didntfit. And it is just to expensive and hard to  return anything.
