Shopgirl8 I agree with everything you wrote. As far as Downey is concerned one and done. Food is no for me. All the others you mentioned are also on my no list. Glad you brought this up.

I appreciate your post and feel the same. The OP is new. It is possible that she thinks the Suggestion Board is read by the heirarchy, and, that she does not know how to use spell check.

Her post has some real merit for others who feel the same, myself included. I did not read it looking for mistakes or a reason to write a cynical post, but sadly, that isn't the case for some.

That's kind of you, @Georgiagrama, and the others who made similar comments, too. I don't agree with everything she stated, but everyone has a first post. And, also, in searching for a way to express frustration or submit suggestions, people these days look to social media. Forums like this are part of social media, so just as with Facebook, Twitter, etc., I think it could be normal to find this Community, register, and post concerns, thinking the powers-that-be might have someone monitoring the site.

@Venezia @KathyM23 - I agree with you that this "new poster" is someone that came on here to get a rise out of everyone with this ficticious letter. There have been many first-timers coming on board to write nothing but complaints. They write one post and then gone forever.
