@Jordan2, in the QVC Suggestion Box forum, I just started this Moderators - Notifications still being poofed again intermittently thread so as to flag this issue to the QVC moderators. -- In the past I've found that this is the fastest way to let them know about an ongoing issue.
As has been entioned before, when the Notification box indicates that you have Notifications, sometimes when you click on it you can see the notifications... but other times it shows no notifications at all for any day.
This is the work around I've been using for the past few days...
Generally, If I then click on the forum header (e.g. Beauty, Fashion, Suggestion Box, Q Talk. etc.) and then I click on the Notification listing once again, I can see my notifications. It's a work around, but not the ideal, long term solution.
These are two additional threads from the Q Talk forum addressing this issue: Notifications went poof???? (from December 24th) and Help QVC Social - Notifications Poofed Again Today (from December 26th).
I'm guessing that QVC probably just has a skeleton moderator and IT staff for this holiday weekend, and so this issue may not be resolved until early next week.

On the Moderators - Notifications still being poofed again intermittently thread which I started, Britany (from QVC Customer Care) replied very quickly to this issue.
It sounds as though they will be working with a skeleton staff through the holiday and so it this issue probably won't be resolved until next week. Brittany has flagged the issue though and so it's being looked into.
Probably the best thing for you to do is to follow the Moderators - Notifications still being poofed again intermittently thread for updates on this issue. And to ask any questions on that thread since the moderators will probably be addressing the issue there and giving us updates there.
I'm glad to know that my work around worked for you. This way you'll still be able to see your notifications while they are working on resolving this issue. ![]()
