Hi moderators, it's December 26th and the Notification system is still being unpredictable. 

When the Notification box indicated that you have Notifications, sometimes when you click on it you can see the notifications... but other times it shows no notifications at all for any day. 

Generally, If I then click on the forum header (e.g. Beauty, Fashion, Suggestion Box, Q Talk. etc.) and then I click on the Notification listing once again, I can see my notifications. So this is a work around for me, but not the ideal solution.

These are two additional threads from the Q Talk forum addressing this issue: Notifications went poof????  (from December 24th) and Help QVC Social - Notifications Poofed Again Today (from December 26th).

I'm guessing that you just have a skeleton moderator and IT staff for this holiday weekend, and so the issue may not be resolved until early next week. -- I'd appreciate knowing if this is likely to be the case. 

I don't know who is working this weekend but, since I have seen post from @Keyai @Brittany-QVC and @Kim-QVC in the past few days, I'm sending them notifications. -- I'm also sending notifications to @Community_Team and @QVC Community Team.

I hope that all of you who are working this weekend were able to spend some time with your family and loved ones and had a wonderful holiday!!!

Hi @bebe777, It's just me and Kim in today, since it's a Saturday. I don't think Keyai will be back until January, but I'll e-mail @Eva-QVC to let her know that you are experiencing issues with the notifications again. I'll be out tomorrow and the next day, but she should see it when she comes in. 

My Christmas went quite smoothly, and as soon as I get home today I intent to get right back to Christmasing! Ha ha! I've got some leftovers in the fridge and a few more things to wrap up before next Sunday when we'll celebrate with my husbands family! Hope you had a wonderful holiday as well!

@Brittany-QVC, thanks to much for the update and letting us know who would be around. I've been on the boards for a bit this morning and it seems to still be happening to a number fo people.

I'm really glad to hear that you had a good Christmas -- "smoothly" is ideal for a celebration -- and Chrismas to the max when you get back home.

My holiday season is goind really well and I'm enjoying just relaxing this saturday. lol, I'm debating whether or not to brave a few stores this afternoon in search of future presents booty.

Weird, shows you have notifications then when you click on it it says 0.

Me too, earlier today it said I had 4 notifications but when I went to the page it was completely blank. The page it still blank.

I'm also seeing the same problem.

I find it interesting that when QVC was on the Christmas break, this board ran smoothly.  Now that the moderators are back to work--------.

Notifications have been wonky for several days now... You either don't get them when you should or you get them and go to the page to view them just to have to reload it several times before you actually get to see them.

@Community_Team and @QVC Community Team, since today is monday, I was hoping that someone could give us an update on this issue. 

I'm including notifications to @Beth-QVC @Kim-QVC and @Eva-QVC because I think some of you may be around today. And since it's late on monday, I'm including one to @Brittany-QVC because she mentioned that she would be back on tuesday.

It is now evening on the 28th and the problem still isn't fixed.

Not the end of the world, but hope they get it figured out soon.
