Gift wrap experience?

I'm excited about this and I'm trying to type in areas for the gift message?

 

I'm getting the response "invalid"

I counted characters, but the fields won't allow any input

 

Also, has anyone seen what the gift wrap will look like?

I've had gifts wrapped by QVC, for long-distance recipients.  They've told me it was very nicely done with heavy foil and nice bow.

 

It's been a couple of years since I requested it, but I would do it again.
