I would really like to see a standardized font size and family for this Board.  The previous Board had a much better font. Having to change fonts and preferences or enlarging the screen seems a bit too complicated.

I don't mind the variety of sizes in fonts but I do wonder why once I've changed it, why in every post thereafter while I'm on the forums I HAVE to change it every time I respond to someone.

Yesterday I tried to change the color of my print and it would not change for me.  In fact none of the colors would even show.  What gives?

I agree, it would be great if we could permantly select the font/font size we want to use for the time we are logged on. (or all the time we are logged in)!

I totally agree!  Why can't the font style I've chosen stay until I decide to change it.  I do like the fact that we have a choice but why make us select it every single time?  I think this might not be such an issue if the default font of the forum were not so unreadabled.  I never had a problem with the font in the old forum.

I don't have that problem.  Have you tried using another browser?  If it is happening in all of the browsers you have tried, then the issue is w/QVC....... *maybe.*

The issue PinkDogwood is referring to is with posting, not with reading.  Yes you can change your preferences for how you view posts, but everytime you reply, the default is gray type in smallest size font.  In order to change how you post, you have to make those adjustments in the reply box every time you post!

I like some variety as I think it helps differentiate posts, especially in a long string of quotes.  It can often be hard to tell where one post ends and the next one begins.  When I quote, I always try to use a differen color from the post I am quoting.  If that post is gray, I will usually do dark blue, but if the post I am quoting is in the dark blue, then I will reply in black.

I do think there are too many choices.  I would like to see them do away with the #1 font because it is hard to read small print.  I think they could also get rid of the 2 largest sizes.

Do we really need to post

quite this big?

There are also way too many colors for typing.  Keep the black, blue, burgundy, purple and dark green.  But do away with the pale and ultra-bright colors that are so hard to read, so we don't have to try to read posts written in this, this, this, this, this, this, this, this, this, this, this, or this)  I can't even see some of these as I am typing this!  I can't believe they even have white!

What the . . . .?????????????????????????

FYI, I typed a bunch more ?'s in white! HA!
