I don't watch live QVC usually. I am an addict. I can be convinced to buy just about anything if the sales pitch is right on.
Rachael and also for Susan they are high energy gals. I am a high energy kind of gal. Obviously I like them. Any time someone comes on with this demeanor they get all kinds of negatives hurled at them. In a way I am starting to take offense. I see nothing wrong with being excited over your passion. They sell great products and they appear to work very hard at it on and off of air.
So I feel I should make this suggestion: the Q should have a forum topic entitled "complaints, presenter and or host bashing" and let everyone who has the mind to contribute freely. All those with like minds can come together.

Good suggestion but it will never happen. All the whiners and host bashers would come on that thread anyway. I don't watch QVC very much, only shows that I am really interested in, but I don't care what other people watch and I hate host bashing.

I find wonderful people here, all ready to help, share, answer questions. But all too often there is a thread only for the purpose of ridiculing someone for their energy of for how they say something. Or there are some who hijack a thread. If that makes them happy so be it. But perhaps the Q should lump them together so there can be a designed place for this. And you are right it will never happen. I just often feel so sorry for those under attack. Hopefully they don't read what is said.

Yes, there are a few, very few, who bash. What i've found most of the time is that many people consider it bashing if someone disagrees with what's said or if someone offers a critique that someone doesn't agree with. You can't control anyone else. It's not worth trying. Spend your energy on yourself and your loved ones.
You need thick skin on these forums. If you let some anonymous person get under your skin, you might want to avoid these forums.

I agree, it sure would be interesting and should not be censured. The forums are not as interesting or diverse since they started censuring the posters.

I would like to see a blog or topic which advertises a "look for less" type thing. You know, they would come up with an entire outfit that is designer and exorbitantly expensive out there in the marketplace. Then QVC would put together an alternative that is a better price and quality. As well as being of more use to the average consumer. The sizing would be easy, and the look would be modern and on trend. Best of all, it would be AFFORDABLE! Sometimes, here lately, I am noticing the prices are just going up by leaps and bounds. It is hard to buy any garment for under $40. And most of the handbags and shoes, even on QVC, start at $100 to $150 and up.

Kitty Galore, first you must be already signed in (you probably knew that). Second, you can't initiate a new topic if you're within a topic. You must be at the list. For example, if you want to start a new thread in Suggestion Box, click on Suggestion Box so you can see the list of topics already there. At the top of the list is a red box that says "NEW MESSAGE." Click on that and you should be able to initiate a topic in that subject. I hope this works for you.

Hello @Kitty Galore! The information that @smoky22 gave you is the correct way to start a New Message thread. If making sure you are signed in and in a forum Category does not help, please send an email to; QVCCommunity@qvc.com and I will be happy to help you.
Have a great day!
