Fix the website.  Item on air - Kim Gravel - on the D&C show. That is just one issue.  All morning some beauty product came up no matter when I checked item currently on air. Now it's the previous item.  People are frustrated with this whole thing.

It doesn't appear everyone is having this problem @avid shopper . When I go to Items Recently On Air I get a list of the D&C items. I don't show any Kim Gravel items listed under the D&C show. Not sure why, I use Chrome on my laptop. It hasn't been frustrating for me, so far.

The set of 2 tanks is still on my feed.  I guess they let IT Dept go.

@avid shopper.  I'm not frustrated.  When I click on air, I get the whole D&C show.

No problems w/ my On Air views.....all correct and have been since 6 am when I logged on.

Nothing to fix!!

Have you rebooted?  Switched browsers and all that good stuff?

@avid shopper - Out of curiosity, what are you doing to try to view the item on air? Are you looking at a live video? Are you clicking a link on a specific page of the website? Are you entering a phrase in the search bar? Are you using a dropdown menu?

If you share details, we may be able to help you figure out if there's a better and more effective way for you to access the content. We all know this site has its issues, but it seems like nobody else posting here is having your same problem.

Which people?  Don't see anyone else.  Please make sure your device is updated to the most recent version of the operating system.   98% of the time, that's the issue

I'm get an annoying pop-up on the left of my screen listing categories? If I touch anywhere on the screen it goes away for a minute only to reappear a minute later. It covers up what I am trying to view and is very annoying.

As of this morning, the website has changed the top link from "Item on Air" to "Items on Air," and it now points to the same list of items that appears when hovering over the "Watch" dropdown menu and selecting "Items Recently on Air." Hopefully, that will be a much more reliable/stable approach.
