For the second time, your iPad app does not show product photos for a majority of your products.  It has been like this for over a month, and this is the second time that I’m bringing it to your attention.  It is so lame and embarrassing that this has gone on this long.

Perhaps the problem is on your end?  If this was widespread, there would be a million complaints here about it.
