Filling orders

I am concerned with how long it takes for orders to get filled and mailed.  I am happier with the FedEX to USPS...other than the UPS  to USPS.  Now...next thing I think would work is to:  let items be canceled until midnight every night.  THAT way there is no thinking or wondering, you either want it or want to cancel it and midnight works with the other shopping channel.  Sometimes if I decide to cancel it is already processing and not cancelable  in jst an hour or two.  Sometimes you can cancel three days later.  There is nothing you can count on.

It would be nice if each of us could have things the way we like it.  People are unrealistic.
