Expensive S/H on certain items

QVC, please lower your S/H on cleaners, handbags and Lock n Lock! I won't buy a handbag here with nearly $13 S/H when Macy's has it free. I bought a Lock n Lock a long time ago paying $5.50 to ship, and when it broke the company wanted me to pay more shipping to replace the container. Since I got the set on sale, the return S/H would've cost more than the actual broken container! Many times I'd like to purchase several sets so I can totally replace my old containers, but I refuse to pay. $5.50 for EACH set.
