You NEVER have to pay return shipping (label fee) when you receive the wrong item, damaged or defective items. You ALSO should receive a FULL credit including the original shipping.
If this happened to you, IT WAS A MISTAKE.
Contact the moderators with your order info and they will get it straightened out.

@GNB1965 If they sent you the wrong item, you should never be charged return shipping to send it back. Contact the mods at QVCSocialTeam@QVC.com, including the order number for refunds.

This subject is always a can of worms and ends in the original poster being highly criticized for their opinion , viewpoint and criticism.

Has the QVC Easy Returns gone away? I just tried using it and it did not go to the page..

I much prefer HSN's method for exchanges - you go online and click "Exchange" and can see if your size is available right then and there and don't have to wait for the item to go back to QVC (2-3 weeks later) and then what you want is no longer available. Also HSN usually has the new size back out to you within 7 - 10 days.
