I placed an order on the 12th of March and recieved an email stating that my item was shipped on Monday the 14th and I got the UPS tracking number. Here it is Thursday the 17th of March and UPS says that it should have been delivered on the 15th by end of day. I contacted QVC and they are saying that it has shipped.....but say that my EDD is the 18th. Why am I not able to see it on the UPS website? If I am told it was shipped and have a tracking number......doesn't that mean that it is actually on its way not sitting somewhere??
