I simply CANNOT understand...

...how come Dave James have been working as a show host at the Q SINCE 2005 and he is STILL on the overnight shift ??? In the meantime, other show hosts that started hosting at the Q WAAAAY AFTER him are already on day time shifts. Please can someone help me out here understand such unfair and discriminatory practice ???

Dave James is well spoken (also has a great voice) and enthusiastic (without being over the top) and can carry out any show in a friendly and professional manner. PLEASE QVC, move Dave James to PRIME TIME and leave those who need professional training desperately on the overnight shifts! (sigh)
