Not sure if anyone else is frustrated with the host not talking about the product. I need to know measurements, see all angles of the item, especially clothes.
often they are busy laughing and chatting about their personal lives.

thats why products are returned, sales training is very much needed, its a sales job, sell me the total benefit of the product.

@Sookdeo.  Yes, they're is some laughing and talking during shows but how boring they'd be without some personalization.  I find they get the message across

They can't possibly give measurements in the time allotted but the actual garment measurements are available to you online.  The models are constantly moving to show all the views of the garment. I find they're very good about including pertinent information,  and I rarely have a question when the presentation is finished.

@willomenia.  I watch hours of programming looking for things I need.  I wouldn't last 5 min if I wasn't also entertained.   I can shop online with no entertainment.

You are making no sense. You like being entertained,  which is what you said before, or you dont?

It's been this way for a while. Hosts will do anything except talk about the details of most products these days. Their CEO prefer so-called entertainment instead. I don't tune to a shopping channel be entertained by adults acting like kids, personal stories, ageism, or TMI.

They are trying to be more personable and not just talk shop.  I do get it.   I work with a gal who always just wants to talk shop and so boring after so long.  She needs to mix it up some.  She hates her job and I do not.  I can walk out that door anytime I want and so can she.  I wish she would retire so I can work in peace until I do.  Which I can do anytime, but not ready just yet.  She wants to go at same time.  We are both at the age where we can.

I just don't watch but very little any more.  I pick my show or host and stick with that.  Cutting watching so much worked wonders for me.  I am less frustrated by hosts and spend way less too.  If I am in need of anything I shop local or search the websites.  I always get all the information and sizing about product or can watch the presentation on line.

I get it and different for everybody but for me not worth my energy to be so frustrated trying to shop.  I have decided I choose happy for me.

The thing that I would like to see corrected is when the items are hanging on a rack or in that closet.....they do Not pull the whole item out exept the first one.

They give it a little nudge forward but do not present the additional colors in full view.

This is especially important with patterns/prints!   I don't want to see a bit of the sleeve, I need to see the entire garment.

@Sookdeo  Most all of them, with a few exceptions, do too much gabbing.  And it's all fluff, talking about nothing.  This is very frustrating, especially when I'm shopping for shoes.  This problem has become more and more noticeable recently.  I do agree with you.
