It sounds like something has gone askew with your account settings. From your explanation it sounds your account is being defaulted to Easy Pay regardless of your actions to avoid doing so. Customer Service Reps probably cannot help you with this. Some posted previously that you contact the moderators at qvcsocialteam@qvc.com I would do as she recommended.
They are the only ones who have the authority/ability to explore this issue further and hopefully rectify.

Yes,there is a problem and I did tell them about it.
I always have to sign in 2x cause they never recognise my pswd.

today they are denying me entry into my own acct.......
time to stop shopping here.

I HATE it and do not use it ! BUT it somehow always comes up on my orders anyway and it is ALWAYS a problem to get rid of it!!!

@MalteseMomma If you select the one payment option when checking out your cart, you shouldn't see easy payments on your bill, you should be charged the full amount. No one is forcing anyone to use easy pay, you have a choice to use it or not.

@MalteseMomma If you select the one payment option when checking out your cart, you shouldn't see easy payments on your bill, you should be charged the full amount. No one is forcing anyone to use easy pay, you have a choice to use it or not.
I guess you have NOT read the thread! I know I have a choice,but QVC sign out ALWAYS ignores my request NOT to use EasyPay and does it anyway.
Upon my request,QVC has fixed this new ordering system on my Acct and now I can avoid it!

I use speed buy and check off the little box that says “check order before submitting”. When the final price with tax and shipping is shown, you’ll see a line that says the easy pay amount, usually in a different color and smaller font. Click on “edit” for easy pay, then a page comes up where you can change the easy pay into one payment or other easy pay options. When you’re finished, click “submit” and you should see your order without the easy pay. I do this all the time with no problem. (I wish I had a photo to show you). I hope this helps and would like to know if it was successful for you.

I'm still interested in finding out whether the "new checkout process" is only being applied on specific devices or systems; I use a desktop and Chrome browser and have not seen any changes to the checkout process that has been in place for years.

I also use a desktop. It has nothing to do with your computer.it is just whenever the people (I somehow think they are teenagers.lol) that design this website, get around to your name on the list ,you get the upgrades........lol jmo
