Hi! I'm from NJ, but about a month ago, instead of my item #A-375863, I received an order for a woman in California, which had nothing in common with what I ordered. I took it to the post office on 04/07/20 and returned it in the original packaging, with both her packing slip and mine, which had been included. The USPS notified me that it had been delivered to the post office's official Returns on 04/13/20. I also emailed QVC. There is no record of my return nor was email acknowledged. Tried to send another email today, but the email feature seems to have been disabled. You can create a message, but not submit it. The Chat feature is also disabled, and the phone just rings busy, busy, busy. If Customer Service is NOT available at this unprecedented time, I would understand. Just please tell people that? Of course, my credit card was charged for the item I never received. QVC should be honest that Customer Service is nonexistent during this crisis. I feel like my Return is forever lost, and my item is no longer available. Anyone else having this experience? Thank you! QVC is usually the best, but this isn't right.

I feel your pain as I too had an order the Q totally messed up on--got something I did not order & didn't get item I did order. For longest time unable to get anyone in CS, but finally did and correct item was then sent out to me.

I understand your point, but CS has addressed this matter on this blog a few times. Susan has stated that they are short staff and they are trying to work as fast as possible to resolve these issuses. You would think if they are distancing in the studio, that their are sone of the same things going on in other places. I assure you they are no way trying to not assist you at all. The IRS is not answering their phones and not accepting paper returns, when they are accepting phone calls you can wait for a long time , if the phone don't hangup. Some of you need to remember that they are human just like you and mistakes are made, no one is perfect. I am no way trying to be rude but during this time we need to have some compassion and some patience. I hope you get the things you need or don't order anything until things become somewhat normal.

@Netdiva10 First, you are mistaken that CS "is nonexistent."
There are MANY posts on these forums regarding help people HAVE gotten from CS.
Second, take the advice someone else gave you. Do a cut and paste of your complaint and post it on the Customer Care forum.
And I think it's rude of you to call QVC dishonest.

@Netdiva10 The correct procedure is for you to send an email to. qvcsocialteam@qvc.com and include the order number for the item you didn't receive.

Love QVC. They are not dishonest. I have just been frustrated in my attempts to reach them. I should have thought to check this forum a month ago, because the usual methods on the webs site are not working. Appreciate all the advice. Stay well.
