I did email them over a week ago I have not heard anything back so I'm not sure doing it again will work

@photoroe I just received the e-mail that you sent today and I've sent you one back. We need a little more information, hopefully you'll get back to me by the end of my day so that we can see about getting this over to the team that works with out Diamonique repair before I head out! If not, I'll check back with you tomorrow morning. I'm sorry that you didn't receive a reply to your last e-mail.

@One other thing I noticed in your post...there is a letter "t" after the @ sign and before the "B" in Brittany's name that shouldn't be there. That's probably why you didn't get her name in a dropdown box or the blue letters. Hope your issue gets resolved quickly (now that @Brittany-QVC is on the case
).
