I know all about supply chain issues, we are bombarded with horror stories everywhere we go, and see it first hand with empty store shelves.

 

HOWEVER:  When you present something in October (GILI TSV 10/25 A460644) and MAKE A POINT of telling the viewers that IT IS DEFINITELY IN STOCK AND WILL DEFINITELY SHIP ON NOVEMBER 15, and when a customer is still waiting for shipping confirmation on November 30, it would be a nice gesture to send an email apologizing for the delay and offering a discount on a future purchase, just to let your customer know that you care about them. 

 

Do you care about your customer????

i'm still waiting for an order placed on 11/8....not advertised as an advance order...until a couple of days later....i placed an order with Zappos yesterday afternoon....it was shipped a few hours later.......

I received my 2nd coat last night along with Muk Luk slipper socks at 7:15 last night  by post office.  3rd one to be here this week and ordered that last after TSV day but free shipping day so almost same price.  They were huge so had to do some readjusting who was getting what because of size...nothing left to exchange with right now.

 

After that and the other Muk Like I ordered the waiting is over for me.  I also moved out most auto deliveries until January or later and some I left but not gifts.  Cancelled some as well.  Enough to last  me until next go round. It will be back.  Stuff always is.
