Too much time spent on Halo presentation

It was presented from midnight -1:00 and then again came on at 1:15 and they are still talking about it at 1:37 with no end in sight. Enough already!

Re: Too much time spent on Halo presentation

It's the TSV. All TSV's get 10-12 presentations a day uness they are selling faster than they have quantity and they know it won't make the whole day, then they will spread out the presentations.

This TSV just happens to need more time per presentation so people understand how this works, how it has been improved, etc.

This is an awesome product though. Should be in every car. I have an older version and it has been a life saver many times over. I wish I could upgrade to this model. Love the improvements. Getting one for my grandaughter though. New driver she needs it more than I need an upgrade.

If it feels like too much time presnting then it is probably just not a product you are interested in. There are many TSV's I just flip the channel because I am not in need of whatever they are showing (especially the food TSV's. The prices on the food TSV's are so expensive!)

Re: Too much time spent on Halo presentation

As with many electronic, computer, and motorized household TSVs (such as Vitamix and vacuum cleaners), a Halo TSV may even get a full-hour presentation a couple of times today.  It rather makes sense because, for every potential customer who grasps how it works immediately, there may be thousands who need the slow drawn-out presentation to understand what they are buying. Understanding can certainly help with customers receiving and being able to use the product as opposed to being confused and returning it.

I think they run the TSV's from midnight until 7 a.m. (reruns). Then it's live TV on the rest of the day, but I'm sure a lot of the day will be showing the Halo. There is no more 24 hours of live programming. HSN, Shop HQ and JTV are the same, as far as I know.

@ChrissyO   Oh yeah, they do that with every TSV.  So boring and disgusting.

Any electronic or food, mattress, vacuum, or recliner TSV is a day I never watch. In addition to hours of the TSV, the rest of the programming has a similar theme, so I don't bother.  I'm with you OP on the overload, but I doubt it's going to change.

@ChrissyO    You must be new to watching QVC.  You're very naive.  They do the same with every TSV.  Tedious, isn't it?

@ChrissyO   Agree.  Then it was on again non-stop from 3 AM to 7 AM.  And presented again at the beginning of the Black Friday Weekend show!  So many items do not need multiple full hour presentations.

Re: Too much time spent on Halo presentation

As far as I'm concerned all TSV's get too much air time.  But they must know what they are doing.  I just make a quick evaluation for my circumstances and mosey on.
