Frustrated beyond belief that I can not email customer service with a question. I have been trying to several weeks to resolve a problem with your emails. I RECEIVE the emails but when I click on them I receive the following message: DNS_PROBE_FINISHED_NXDOMAIN. When I try to send you an emails through the "contact us" button it goes NOWHERE.

@Conservativeme Try QVCSocialTeam@QVC.com. That's the email address for the moderators. They are usually a big help.

My solution would be to simply pick up the phone and call them. Any reason why you can't do that?
