I purchased yesterday so it didn't affect me but I feel badly for the folks who have been trying to order today and are unable to do, due to an issue with QVC's website! Totally the fault of QVC and for that reason, in the name of good customer relations, QVC should absolutely extend their free shipping offer. Your customers were trying to do business with you, QVC, and experienced frustration and INconvenience today and you need to recognize that! Just sayin'........

The website has been off and on all day - with different issues at different times. Frustrating.

I ordered all day long on my computer and never had a problem with their website...maybe its the device you are using....
