I remember receiving notice several years ago that Q wasn't going to continue sending out paper copies except to those who originally paid for a subscription or were otherwise receiving it before they stopped mailing paper copies. Sending it by paper is expensive for any business. But I could be wrong as it's been several years.

 

My only concern with phasing out paper is that I haven't been able to access it online in 5 years.  If I could access it online, I wouldn't care if they stopped paper.

I got this letter.  But they weren't phasing out the paper version.

 

What QVC did was keep the insider for people who were already subscribed and made it free going forward.

 

For people who were not subscribed at the time of the change, they changed the Insider website area to InsideQ or something and that was available to the public for free and hosted on the QVC website.  That was never a paper magazine.


I don't know if it's still there.

It has been a VERY frustrating experieince. I did recieve InsideQ when I paid for it. Then had to sign up again when it stopped. Now I ahve not gotten it for over a year. I buy fromQVC several times a year. Please sign me up for the InsideQ magazine.
