I have not received the August 2017 edition. Other subscribers are posting about the same problem.
Some responses say subscribers are dropped from the list if no InsideQ orders are placed within a certain time frame. Is this true? I cannot find the requirements for continuing to receive the InsideQ magazine on QVC.com. If subscriber responsibilities are listed somewhere, please provide the link.
I don't understand all the trouble about receiving InsideQ once added to the subscription list.

I have registered to subscribe several times and have never received it ever! A friend of mine who only buys from QVC a few times a year receives the magazine and never requested it! Don't get it; it is a joke between her and I. Did I mention I buy every month from them!

Same problem here. I used to pay for my subscription. Always have had problems with receiving it. I wrote to customer service (again) months ago. Got it for 3 months, now I haven't gotten an issue since January. Isn't it ironic that there are never any problems when it comes to our payments going thru when we make a purchase?

I received my August Insider some time ago. I have been a long-time subscriber and it comes every month with one or two exceptions when there have been printing problems. I realize that many people who wish to subscribe in the past few years have had difficulties actually getting and maintaining the issues.
According to the moderators, who addressed the "requirements" for Insider subscription, you need to have made at least one purchase from QVC within the previous 12 months.
I'm sure one of the moderators will respond to you when they see this thread.

@geezerette, I ordered a lot in 2016, and have ordered every month from January through July 2017, so the lack of purchasing wouldn't apply to me. I think many others are in the same boat.
Something is wrong and no one at QVC can explain what is causing the problem.

It does say that. No orders, no magazine.

The insider does say no orders, no magazine. It's worded a little nicer though. LOL. It's printed in the magazine. Look in an old issue, if you don't have the current magazine.

@GCR18, I don't have an old issue. Does it say only InsideQ items? Or does it mean any QVC orders.
If it's not too long, can you quote what it says?

Let me clear up any confusion - in order to subscribe to the InsideQ, you must have ordered any QVC item within the last 12 months. Any item from the QVC inventory...not just from the InsideQ list.
