I too have had problems tracking returns.  One time I  tacked a package by using the USPS tracking #.  It showed the package was still sitting in the PO.  So I went there and asked them what's the deal?  The told me that QVC returns are picked up by a third party company not he USPS and that they only come around about one a week if we're lucky.  So thhat's the reason for this glich.
