Cannot track returns

[ Edited ]

I used to be able to track my returns and see if they were delivered and then I would know at least that they were received back and at what point to start anticipating a refund.  The new ordering process will not let me do this.  When I click on track your return, there is nowhere to click to see the process of the return in transit or delivered.  My post office receipt has a tracking number which shows it was given over to the vendor that does the returns for QVC.  If I call C/S the automated will tell me it is enroute.  Why can we no longer use the track your return button on the order status page?  This needs to be added to the things that need  fixed by your IT department.  Please pass this on.

I cannot track mine either!! The only thing it shows me is the ORIGINAL return label number that they sent with my package when it was initially mailed to me. That's it. I won't lie it's pretty frustrating!!

I recently returned something with the prepaid lable.  Usually, once the PO picks it up, I get an email stating my return is on the way.  I got nothing. I also couldn't track my return.  No information at all.  I didn't know how I'd even be able to prove I sent it back.  Fortunately, two weeks later, the item showed up in my account as returned.  They need to fix this process for sure.

On my last few returns, I've received an email from QVC notifying me that my return has been received.  Was surprised to see the email, but appreciate the followup.

There are a few blogs on this issue under customer service. Many people are upset about this.  CS said they sent the complaints to their IT dept. Hopefully this gets resolved fast as it is very frustrating.

I am not purchasing anymore until they solve their problems.  I certainly would not trust them for a Christmas purchase.  I am waiting on two returns.  I spent my dollars elsewhere today.

I just recently made 2 returns and experienced this ridiculous process.  Got an email and when I clicked on "track your return" it took me to the original shipping date when package sent out to me.

Why is it QVC technology is always an issue.  Have not liked the site since wishlist process changed.  Really need someone to fix all of the issues now.  Just keep seeing more and more problems.

Agreed; I just tried to track a return and it tells me nothing.  Why does it say track your package wiTh an arrow if it doesn't show you anything?

If you used Q's label, it went by smartpost which is the slowest possible and cheapest method.  Because it's so cheap, it doesn't get the extras that other mail might get -- like tracking.   In most cases, all you get is when it was first scanned at a post office.  It is just the way that type of mail is handled.  It's no one's fault except Q for choosing the method it uses.

When you use the QVC return label, your package is handled by a third-party courier agent called Newgistics. You can track the progress of your return shipment through this company's website: http://www.tracking.smartlabel.com/

Before the Order Status page was revamped, the QVC website used to display tracking information from Newgistics, but for some reason, that functionality no longer exists. However, if you did not happen to record the tracking number from your package, you can click the "Track Your Return" link and copy the number listed there into the Newgistics site for package details.
