Can't read all messages. How to turn off autosave. Need Help Please QVC Support Team

Hi QVC Team Support,

 

Would appreciate your help to resolve these problems using this new format and trying to post or reply to a post, or even read all my replies in my thread.

 

I have 5 messages in my thread, but only 2 display to me.

 

The rest of the member replies are not on display to me.

 

How can I turn off auto save, as I really do not care for that feature at all.

 

Especially If that auto save function is causing the problem for me not to be able to view all messages sent and replies received.  

 

Also why can I sometime post and it goes through and other times it does not, this is a new bug which now must be addressed and resolved.

 

"Takes the fun out of cyber interactions here, with this new format".
