Display topics by time of LAST REPLY

Webbie, we need a way to display the complete list of topics by the time of LAST REPLY.

Without this, it's difficult to find threads of we've been following. The listing by time of topic creation buries those that were created long ago. Listing by post causes threads that have many recent responses to be listed over and over again, which buries many other threads.

Yes, yes! The topics need to pop to the top with each new reply like they used to.

I'm not positively sure about this but I think you can control that through your settings and/or preferences. I have found a lot with playing around with them.

Thanks for your reply, Winkk, but there are no preference settings to order the complete list of topics by last reply. Believe me, I've spent days trying things to see if I can ifnd a way to do it.

You can sort within a category, but the complete list of threads can't be displayed by time of last reply.

If you do happen to find a trick to do this, let us know!

Displaying topics by time of last reply is one of the things I miss most. Yes please, put that back.

You're right, you can't sort the complete list. I didn't use that feature so I guess that's why I didn't notice. These new boards are taking a lot of adjusting.

Are you talking about the date and time posted? I just learned how to do that. Or, do you mean you want the newest reply to appear at the top of the thread?
