My forum visits were much more pleasant when I could block individuals with a habit of never saying anything positive or constructive. I really hope you'll bring the ignore feature back quickly.

I must say I totally agree with the OP.  I have needed the ignore button more than several times after some of those nasty posts come up.

Maybe it is here, but we just cannot find it????

I haven't been able to find it either.  I don't think there is one.

They said in one of the numerous information threads that the ignore feature was not available at this time.

I've noticed that many forums do not have the ignore feature in the first issue.  It seems to only be available in a later software upgrade.

Hopefully we will get that feature installed in the short term.

I think it is rude to ignore posters in a public forum. Just move on to another topic or comment elsewhere. Glad it's gone.

LOL, are you kidding?  No one prints a list of people they put on it anyway.

Some are such prolific and long posters you can't hardly miss their posts.

It's rude if you tell someone, "I'm ignoring you now!!"  Putting someone on ignore doesn't send them a message, they don't know you're ignoring them unless you tell them so, so how can they be offended by it?

Believe me, when I can see those posts, I can respond to them. And THAT might be very, very rude. It's better for everyone when Ignore works.
