Apple TV

Please please QVC, do fix this issue. There' a constant white little window that never moves from the tv screen.

 

At times, the host is behind the white window, the product advertised is behind window and it is painful to watch QVC through the Apple TV. The white window is been there since day one of me having the Apple TV and no updates about it have never been  fixed to it.

 

I have contacted Apple support and I was been told that it is the fault of QVC's application for the Apple TV.

 

At nights I am in bed and I can only watch QVC through my Apple TV

Please technical support, can you please settle the issue  above mentioned for the broken application of QVC's app for Apple TV?
