@Paulette-QVC Thank your for the explanation and I'm sure both shoppers AND employees will be happy once the upgrade is finished.
There is one important question that I have regarding this update. Do you know when the expected completion date is? It would be nice to know, otherwise, it could be months and months, and having a tangible date would be nice.
If we knew an anticipated date, it would be more "OK, we'll deal with the delayed shipping knowing an improvement is coming soon", and less negative comments all over the boards regarding shipping.
It also would demonstrate QVC's commitment to get the issues resolved if they would hold themselves accountable to have it completed by a certain date.

It does not seem to make sense when you say that changes you are making are to improve things, especially when multitudes of people are bringing to your attention that they are dissatisfied with way things are going. In short, whatever you doing IS NOT WORKING.
The returns process seems even worse than the downward slide in shipping. They are taking longer and longer to issue refunds, and there are frequent mistakes in the refunds. They identify the incorrect items as being returned, and ignore any information/requests that may have been included with the refund.
No retailer out there today can afford to allow customer services issues like this to go on.

I do not know if anyone else has noticed this BUT... every food show that Rachel Boesing is on, she touches ALL the food with her fingers and hands.. REALLY, I just don't understand why she is doing that.. Today she took a bite of food with the fork and double dipped in the food with the same fork.... Seriously, there will be others eating that food after the show... Why dose she feel it necessary for her to touch all the food with her hands. It's almost like EVERYTHING on the table. If you think I am kidding, watch her next food show. She has done this on every food show I have seen her in with Alberti Popaj. Today, 5/29/19. Gourmet Holiday show. Wednesday night. My suggestion to her is... STOP TOUCHING ALL THE FOOD with your hands... It just isn't good!

I also am tired of QVC taking so long to show returns and issue refunds. You need to seriously address so many issues that I think people are getting tired of all your processes that take place. Sorry sad of hearing all the excuses for so long.
