I'm pretty sure Jane is sick.  She was on air Sunday evening and Monday afternoon and she said she was feeling bad. You could tell  was really sick and could hardly talk.  Maybe a cold or bronchitis?

It happens from time to time where another host will fill in.  Why would you expect an explanation?
