I wear this style boot from fall through spring, and I love these.  I bought the black and the green.  I already have a couple of pairs of suede black booties, but today's shoe has a black heel whereas the ones I have do not.  I also have a pair of green suede booties, but I just loved the look of the TSV so much I ordered them anyway.

I have one other pair of VC boots and they are comfortable.  Hopefully these will be too.

I got the Greenery and the Mushroom (already have so much black). Outstanding price. Felt I could wear them for long back-to-back lectures at the university and not be in pain.

I have been purging out my shoe wardrobe. New Rule: two shoes out (donated) for every new shoe in. If I keep both, I shall find 4 shoes to purge. Someone benefits and my shoe wardrobe grdually decreases, rather than increases.

Most of us who have amassed a large shoe wardrobe don't wear 70% of the shoes in it very often.

You will LOVE the blacks!!!

I saw a couple of presentations and waited for them to talk about the padding and comfort but never saw anything about that.  I think I would like them more in a flat style.

I feel somewhat guilty cuz I gave these a glowing review and said I could not understand what all the negative comments were about. This was after I had tried it on but only one foot. I stand corrected. The left foot was approximately 2.5 times tighter than the right foot and I about had a stroke trying to zip up the back zipper. I sent them back and marked them defective. I will not be so quick to write a glowing review going forward. Despite the above, I am a big fan of the exposed ankly style and hope to see more of these, maybe with not such a pointy toe, however.

‘You are actually supposed to wear the item before reviewing it.
