I just posted that a pair of Clarks shoes I wanted had gone up a little over $10, no sooner did I complain, I received a very kind email from Alice (Social Team) who credited my account with the difference.  I immediately ordered the shoes and faith renewed. Thank you so much, Alice. Very kind.

Sadly, prices go up all the time.  Maybe the lower price was for a limited time only.  I had something like that recently with SG pants.  Loved the first pair at $47.  Ordered more, but the price was up to $52.  I believe the $47 was a "feature" price (or some such terminology).
