A tract house is, to me, more or less a house in a housing 'development'. In many cases they can be cookie cutter, meaning a handful of different styles alternating throughout the development. Tract houses aren't necessarily small or cottage-like and can have decent yards, but, overall, they tend to lack a great deal of individuality or character. That said, yes, her home looks to be quite nice.

As for the FBI, no thanks. Besides, the CIA is closer to home! Wink

Thanks for the explanation! I love me a house with some character....a mansion would be nice. I just need to become a millionaire first. Lol. And I was considering a career with CIA as well! They could use my language skills Smiley Wink but the pay isn't that great.... I can make more than $70K a year with a less stressful job.

I'll take a pass on that job too...

As for setting up house, I'd be more than happy with a charming smaller cottage of some sort, and I'm not opposed to some tract houses, usually older ones with at least a modicum of character, and that are NOT McMansions! Hey, if I wanted live in a manse, I'd want it to be one of a kind!

Stevie, I lost the thread where you mentioned setting the record for not buying any bags.... Good job! As for me, I actually realized I feel bad for not using all of my recent purchases so I gotta start working on that instead of craving more and more and more! Lol.

Thanks TK, pretty ring, but remember, it was the non-doublet, more plain yet really substantial gold ring I was sort of interested in. Unfortunately, it remains sold out and they aren't even picturing it... There are a couple of others, though, I keep checking out... Truth be told, while I'm keeping the smaller one I got, I'm not sure I really want any more Sleeping Beauty. It's really pretty, but mine anyway, is very pale... Besides, I've already got three beautiful gold and turquoise rings. Two were bought here and while the turquoise is lighter and is matrix fee it IS the color of turquoise, which my most recent ring really isn't. The third is an estate piece of Persian turquoise and is gorgeous!

Am liking the rings pictured below though!

Sleeping Beauty Turquoise Elongated Cushion Ring 14K Gold - J295664

14K Gold Bold Byzantine & Turquoise Ring - J291361

Sleeping Beauty Turquoise & 3/10 ct tw Diamond Domed Ring, 14K Gold - J282103

And here's a pretty new doublet!

Wow, nice rings! I thought you were returning yours..... I have a dilemma too. Purchased 2 turquoise watches (there are only 2 of them on Q) and I like them both! The gold plated silver Ecclissi is a keeper for sure. The other one is from J Ripka goldtone turquoise strap.... it's pretty but is it worth keeping for $180 when I know I will most likely be wearing the Ecclissi one more often?? I never had more then one watch at a time....
