I usually can wear a size 11 medium.  However, in some shoes, my toes run right up the the end of the shoe and are not comfortable.  Have never worn this brand before.  Is it a generous true-to-size fit?  I know 12 would swim on me.  Thanks for any help!

@just wonder    I find their sizing to be somewhat inconsistent.  I also wear a size 11M, and have never had a problem with the length but often Spenco is too wide for my foot in the medium width.  Sometimes its okay, so who knows?

I agree w/ @Kachina624

I find them to be wide, but otherwise true to size in length.

I honestly only have one pair....didn't really like them.  Didn't get any support like them claim.

Spenco is true to size. I have several pair & always wear an 8 medium. My favorite brand.

I have 4 different Spenco thong sandels, 3 Yumi and 1 Sutton style.

Love them.

I'm a 6 1/2 medium, low instep, flat foot..I find them very comfortable, supportive, fit well, and toe thong never tight, rubbing or uncomforable for me.

My Yumi's were all size 7 because those styles didn't come in half sizes and they told you to size up 1/2 size...fit fine.

The Sutton came in half sizes, so I got the 6 1/2, figuring maybe in this style the 7's would be too big, since they were offering 1/2 sizes. Fit's a tad shorter than my others but still fine on my foot and comfortable.

Don't know if any of that helps you decide, but good luck, if you try them!
