I just read your post regarding your GUILI bag- Terrible!!!

PLEASE highlight and post on the fashion forum as well as on Lisa's FB page! People need to know about your experience- NO bag has natural scratches/streaks. The only way tha things will ever change, is if people are informed & STOP purchasing!!! THis is beyond unacceptable & ridiculous.

Hi, I'm not on Facebook or else I would inform Lisa what's been going on. I swear they have my head in a spin. UPS came today to pick up my ostrich bag but I called them yesterday and told them I had a death in my family and had to go to the funeral so please change the pickup date, which they told me they did. Well, just like everything else it got screwed up and they came today when I wasn't home. I swear my head is in a spin. PLEASE PLEASE bring back the old QVC when everyone was on the same page,things ran smoothly and there was true Quality control.

Yes because they post the good ratings. Where are all the poor ratings? So many people here have been complaining, did they submit poor or negative reviews? I know I submitted a poor review and it was not posted. They know exactly what they are doing and it's a disgrace!

Oh and one more thing, I was told today by a supervisor that it says the bag is, in fact, genuine leather (I never questioned that) and that the dots are individually hand painted on. Are you kidding? Can't you just see all these Chinese people sitting down and painting each and every dot by hand on hundreds and hundreds of handbags! I told her that was so ridiculous, and that I'm sure it is done by machine. She said that she didn't know but just read what was on my file.

I think the main point of this thread is not the bag itself, but the way the corporate office replies to the complaints....Sounds like that lady is completely incompetent and it's a joke.... She is most likely somebody's relative.........

I have seen product reviews that were all 1 to 2 stars. Those products were put on clearance and discontinued eventually, A few times I have received emails telling me my review did not follow guidelines...I think they were negative reviews for Dell laptops. Anyway, I'm just saying that there are lots of negative reviews on the product pages. I don't know if the team is picking some products where they are loathe to,post negative reviews, but if you try posting your review again in a different way, I bet it would get posted. They don't want complaints about CS...if you just stick to the weaknesses in the bag, I don't think they would censor you, just avoid being angry in the review...that's why mine was pulled , also I kind of attacked the whole Dell line,

It got quite a few negative reviews, but there are just so many positive ones it didn't affect the rating that much, I also,think most customers will post reviews if they are happy and just ship,it back if they don't like it. Still, there are many times I was thinking of buying a product and decided not to because of negative reviews.

They probably have all the QVC employees and their families post the good reviews. You don't even have to own the bag to post a review. It seems impossible to me that this bag has received that many 5 star reviews when these boards are filled with complaints and there have been so many returns.

There are a lot of products that have 1-2 star reviews. Very few are customer top rated like the Roma 2. It is a really well designed bag, no wonder, since it is a knock,off of a Gucci, one of the world's finest handbag designers. And keep in mind that your problem was with the natural,ostrich bag. I think they messed up,on the natural ostrich by coloring the dots. It is too inexpensive of a bag to add that detail, anyway the original was one tone, like the white ostrich. Most people love the white ostrich bag, the natural snake, the expresso lizard. The complaints on the blush and black have been a chemical smell...the bags are lovely. I personally have been pleased with the appearance of all the bags except the natural ostrich, and once I conditioned that one, it is lovely. I think your problem was with the response you got from corporate. I got a letter from corporate up yesterday and am ready to send back all my purchases from the past 30 days, including the 4 Roma's I had decided to keep. I actually believe the review on the product page are legitimate. I saw your negative review on the Roma 2 near my positive one.
