I bought a pair of boots like that forty years ago for $30.00 in Spain.  I have not worn them in decades.  

I now prefer a lower heel for boots!

I am very happy with the QVC Marc Fisher boots I bought this year that cost less than $100.00.

I love boots, especially knee high and OTK. Don't have many times to wear them here in SW FL. This was one when I wore a favorite black pair one chilly Sunday.

It looks like a regular tall black boot to me.  Nothing worth that price that looks like that.
