How many boots?

How many boots do you own? I love boots this time of year! I have 8 pairs. I wear boots instead of sneakers with my jeans this time of year. I add matching tights when I wear them with skirts and dresses.

1. Tall black suede dress boots

2. Black riding boots

3. Brown riding boots

4. Black western inspired ankle boots

5. Brown ankle boots - may get rid of these - rarely worn

6. Dressy black ankle boots with higher stack heel

7. Snow boots

8. Rain boots

one pair of snow boots that i haven't worn in years....since i retired, i don't go outside when it snows!!

I hate to wear boots. They hurt my feet. I'd live in sandals all year long if I could.

I own two pairs of bad weather boots and one pair of beautiful dressy boots that I never have worn. They were expensive and a waste of money.

My feet prefer not to be enclosed all day and almost everything rubs my heels or ankles. I live in clogs and sandals.

I do love the look of boots on other people, but they are not for me.

I never counted how many I have, I have fashion and weather boots. I love boots, if I could I would wear boots in the summer!

i’d say 15. mostly ankle and mid shaft. only 1 knee high.

That would be a big fat ZERO.

I doubt I could wear them. I could not stand it wrapped around my ankles. LOL!!!

Just like I can't stand to wear necklaces or anything else around my neck.

I basically wear sandals, clogs or sneakers. If I did not get or have plantar fasciitis I would go barefoot for the most part.

DH would be another story. He basically wears boots & has all his life.

I thought I would come back & add I had a broken ankle reason I doubt I could wear them around that ankle. It still hurts in that area if you press on it. This happened in 1978.

@wilma Boot lover here. I don't keep count of my shoes or boots. I can tell you though that I have more than what you've listed.

I have a lot more than 8 pair - maybe close to 30 pair.

I am actually a sandal girl. Boots are kind of claustrophobic to my feet.

I admit to having a crazy large collection of footwear. Boots are among the smallest segment of that collection. I have:

2 pairs of tall boots: one brown leather and one black suede

2 pairs snow boots. I may donate one pair of Clarks as they are stiff and I no longer have to shovel snow- just walk the dog.

1 pair designated for the dog park

casual shoe boots: I am guessing 3-4 pairs

1 or 2 pairs shooties

I have not gone through my boots yet, but the weather has turned cool so I will be doing that by the end of the month.

Oops: forgot- 4 pairs Costco faux Uggs in various colors and heights. Usually get a new pair yearly as they are 100% genuine sheepskin. Warm, comfortable and extremely well priced.
