I got a catalog from .Hotter this morning, and I fell in love with a pair of boots. Has anyone here ordered from them, and were you satisfied ? Also did you find they run true to size ? Thanks for any info you can provide.

I have quite a few pairs of Hotter shoes but finally quit buying them.  Their medium width is too wide for my medium foot and I got tired of trying, with insoles, to make them fit.  They are nice quality so that's not a problem.  They are very soft, nice leather but aren't supportive.  They remind me of SAS Shoes.

I have several pair of Hotter shoes.  I find them to be of good quality and very comfortable.  I've never had to use an insert for width issues or for arch support.

Since the shoes are coming from England expect to wait about 2 weeks for delivery.

Sadly they were out of the color I wanted, and I had the 40% off, Rats !

They have nice shoes, but i agree not much support in footbed, but i like sas shoes ,and they are not like hotter at all,sas has good support.

I also tried Hotter.  The catalog is very well done.  They do carry wide widths, which I require.  However, all-in-all, I was disappointed.  Not up to the quality of SAS shoes. Just my opinion, of course.

I have a few pairs of Hotter shoes, recently two pairs of sneakers.  I purchased my regular sneaker size, which is a half size larger than for regular shoes.  The lace-up look ones fit perectly.  The slip on shoes are a little loose, a little too wide, but are ok with socks.  I agree that they have exceptional customer service, especially when returning.
