Shoes

It was a suede loafer type with a tie on top with a waffle, black sole.  Well, let me tell you, mine arrived yesterday and this shoe is definitely defective.  It's about 2 sizes too small.  You get it on and it is very tight and short.  What is going on with Clarks?  Do they listen to customers when they complain?  I sent an emal to their website months ago about how some shoes are so off sizing.  They responded that there is no problem.  Looks like I won't wearing Clarks much longer.

Oh! No!  I have the boxes delivered (several pairs of shoes) but I haven't even looked in the boxes yet.

I was worried about that style coming across my instep area.  Often they squeeze that part of the foot.

I guess I'll open the boxes tomorrow.  I actually ordered a size 11 Wide and a size 11 regular....Now knowing how much it's costing to send the things back makes me sick!

I stopped ordering  Clarks last year because of the odd sizing.  I just go to the outlet store and that way I can try them on before buying...I love their shoes but got tired of paying the fees for returning/exchanging!

@GAQShopr53  It really is ridiculous that sizing is such a problem and yet it is not being addressed.

The last two Tsv shoes I ordered had to be returned.  I am trying not to order any more shoes.  Even with free exchanges they might not have the correct size and how would you know what size to order if they are so off.  I think shoes should have free shipping and free returns....You might can wear a garment that is not a perfect fit but not shoes.....

Mine were two sizes too big.

Mine fit just right in my usual 8.5 M.  Very nice shoes, but the ones before that, clogs, ran small and I had to return.

I'm a fit model for footwear; all styles and for different brands.   I ordered my usual size 8M and the fit was good.  It's only slightly narrow but I will wear a thicker sock and see if it stretches a bit.   If it doesn't I will have to wear thin socks or return them.

That’s exactly the reason why I don’t order Clark’s shoes anymore .... for almost a year now their sizing has been so off that it’s just not worth taking a chance.... I could be wrong but, I think they changed their production to China so that might be the reason .... so very sad!! 😩😱

If u ordered ur correct size for Clarks - and have other pairs of Clarks at that size --- then u could return all those defective mis-sized Clarks and write on the form "Defective". I've also attached a piece of paper where I explained this (as there's no room on the QVC return form) and told them not to charge me for shipping both ways. They never charge me. I'm over ordering Clarks -  they've gone down the tubes with other brands.
