Not only did I fall for the red, but made sure I bought the other two colors as well!! I know I lost my mind, but I loved these as soon as I saw them. I waited and thought I'd miss out. Yes, these are expensive, but they are awesome!! We can be each other's accomplice in enjoying these fabulous boots!!!

Q4U,

Two peas in a pod who flock together to buy fun boots! I often struggle to be drawn to an item and not purchase more colors. Shhhh, my husband can't know! Write back when your boots arrive. Enjoy!!

angel8, OH I hear y ou.... and if I didn't already have a black and brown pair of EO with one buckle I might have been tempted but there's no way I can justify three pairs.... LOL! As it is DH will give them to me for Christmas as he would have spent that much anyway!  AND by the time Christmas comes, they'll be paid for....  I will wear them around the house to make sure I'm happy with them, then they go into hiding until the big day.

I'm so happy for you, come back and let us know what you think of them....  Woman LOL

I haven't even received the boots yet, but will come back to let  you know.

I average$100 for a pair of boots so stretching to $150 was taking a leap of

faith~!  Also one review said they were like nubuck!  Great.  I read nothing about

these boots being nubuck.  I really don't like nubuck.  I like smooth leather ......

I wouldn't have purchased them had they even whispered the word Nubuck..... Woman Sad

Hi Q4U,

I had hoped you received your pair! Lol I am still waiting, too. I read the reviews and am apprehensive. I ordered all three colors and if I'm forced to return them it will be a waste. They appeared like a must have boot and all we can wish for is that the reviews are incorrect.😀 Keep us updated!

My boots arrived today and I kept an open mind because when I opened the box they are really cute boots.  First of all, they aren't in smooth leather.  It's not suede it's more like "brushed".  Thing is there was nothing in the description  to let me know that these were not smooth leather.  I actually don't like suede shoes/boots or even brushed, they just don't hold up in our winters.  Tried them on and they fit (I'm a 9M right off the shelf), but I had to loosen the bottom buckle by one (across the instep) and tighten the other two buckles by one, to get there.  The insole is not comfortable to me, feels bumpy, I didn't like that at all.  These aren't what I expected from the photos.  I thought they'd be kind of edgy with that burnished smooth leather, and that I'd be able to wear them all winter (like my other two with one buckle).... they seem more "dressy" to me, and not what I was looking for.  And the price for what I got.... IMHO... is NOT worth it.  Had this pair been $79 or even $99 I might have kept them and bought my own insole!  But at a total of $178.48.... I looked at them and thought they were outta their minds!

By the way, you don't get a return label with these!!  BUT if you go to your Account Status, go to the shoes, go to the right and click on Return Label, follow the prompts and  you'll be able to print out a return label ($6.95 deducted from refund).  There have been at least two customers who've taken the box to the post office and paid around $17 to return tem~!!

Oh well.... disappointed but I'll live.... Woman Frustrated

Hi Q4U,

Tell me it isn't so!! Mine are still traveling to NJ. The picture must have been extremely deceptive because I thought they were smooth leather, as well. Why would the insole be bumpy?  Yikes! These appeared to be the boot of the season and now I see a trip to UPS. As you stated these are quite pricey and with all the adjustments you had to make for with the straps it sounded like a seatbelt! Lol I hope I don't dislike these, but my instinct and your review has me on edge. I don't mind the dressier look, but I certainly expect comfort for such an expensive boot. I'll write back when my heart is crushed! Lol
