I've had great customer service from them in my single experience. They went above and beyond to get me an item on time after their site rejected my card when something didn't match and and I had to contact a customer service rep to handle it.
Have you tried calling someone about it instead of emailing?

I've never found their email CS to be useful in the least. Call them, the response is better, depending on the representative you get... Some of them are very helpful, others are rather clueless.
