I have bought Clark's shoes before and they were great... But, I bought a pair March 4th and the Croco split on the side. Very disappointed. They were not cheap either as least not to me.

What are you going to do about it? If you got them at QVC, they probably won't help so you'd need to contact Clarks. The expectation is that quality shoes like Clarks should not have issues like splitting in a short time. Take a photo so you can email it to them. You might need a receipt. Clarks last for years.

Contact their website. You can return them to a Clarks store.

Also do not leave the shoes in the boxes if they are leather or suede. The material breaks down over time. They need to breathe. Good luck with your return!

I was just in the Clarks shoe store yesterday - they have really stepped up their game.
