I love my Birks. I've been wearing them since the Arizona came out in the 1970's. I still have them around somewhere.

Over 100 pairs is seriously impressive - sounds like you’ve got a full-on Birkenstock museum at home  Glad they’re back on QVC too, more options is always a good thing

I am a total Birkie fan.  Have worn them since the 80's and now my kids and grandkids wear them too.  They are comfortable, supportive and good for my feet, my back, my hipsl.  I know some people think they are "hippie" shoes, but try them and  you may be pleasantly surprised....
