Hi Everyone: Just a few minutes ago I received a pop-up QVC survey about my website experience! Woman Mad Sadly, I did not give QVC a good report and in comments this is what I wrote:

"There is still no Handbags Forum in the new Community Forums, which have not been well explained or designed and have poor functionality. The information provided to us looks like consulting boilerplate and is too general. Users have had to post questions to find out answers on how to navigate. The Forum rollout has been a disaster, and I wonder if there was any preliminary user testing. Communications about the rollout have been minimal, brief and not helpful. Many users, who use the Forums to find out product information, make friendships and enjoy the QVC shopping experience even more, are leaving the Forum and QVC. At the very least, we need a Handbags Forum -- right now it's lumped in "Shoes and Accessories" and I am having trouble finding specific handbag threads (e.g., Dooney & Bourke) because you have to look through several threads in this Forum. I hope QVC adds a Handbags Forum. After 18 years as a QVC customer, I am seriously considering leaving the Forum and QVC."

Yes bring back handbags!!! And while you're at it give me hope I can learn to navigate this new forum. My impatience doesn't allow for multiple steps or a learning curve that is daunting.

Another vote for bringing back the handbag forum!! My goodness, I don't have the time and patience to decipher this mess.

BTW, for those who were interested, they finally presented the Roma 3, and exactly 0 colors sold out.

Stevie, nice bag. You are liking the perforated bags lately.

Krissie!  Like I said elsewhere, this is like being on the Titanic, with everyone looking for their favorite forums and threads, posters and friends...    Awful...

Yes, I have to admit the whole perforated thing has taken me by storm...  and as I was saying, this is really the only new bag (well, within my price range...)  that's really sort of tempted me lately...

So on what show did they present the Roma?  I'm not watching the Q these days... And now, in light of this, uh, vast, vast improvement, I'm thinking about an all out boycott!

I love the perforated look ! I purchased a Ralph Lauren tote, at TJ's, 8 or 9 years ago - the body is perforated navy leather and the trim is white. It looks 'nautical' and I whip that out during the Summer Holidays.  I also snagged a Dooney Cabriolet Tote on the Bay 7 years ago -- it's ocean blue (with yellow dots), flower pot shaped. I also have the matching wallet. They were in superb condition, and I think I got them for $150 (total for both). I wore that bag alot when I lived in FL...rain didn't ruin the leather. Woman Happy

EEL ....  i could not agree with you more.  As usual, QVC just does not care about the customer.

What a pleasant surprise to see Handbags back under the Forums this morning! Woman Very Happy

Let's hope that the migration of our threads in Shoes to our Handbags thread is not too difficult!
